Daniel Florea Partner Daniel Florea is partner with Ştefănică & Florea as of June 2008, when he decided to switch his career to a law firm partnership. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel headed as manager the General Department of Control and Public Relation of the State Authority for Assets Recovery (AVAS), gaining an extensive experience in dealing with complex procedures of shares selling, procurement and auction procedures, competitive policies for tender and award of contracts, etc. He also has court practice from the other side of the bar as a judge, ruling for many civil and commercial trials for Constanţa Court of Law. Daniel is focussed on procurements, public acquisition and tender proceeding, advising both private and state owned entities in respect of regulation and applicable enactments. He advises clients on corporate governance and commercial law, his practice ranging from clientsț ongoing business activity to various transactions and projects. Daniel is fluent in English and French.
