We don’t think is anything wrong with lawyers making money like everybody else. There is an unique satisfaction in representing somebody well and being awarded for it in a manner commensurate with the effort and skill required. Billing by hours/minute is a widespread practice on the legal market that existed almost in defiance of the principles supposed to guide our profession. We believe that results should prevail money times hours. We provide our clients with alternative arrangements flexible made to adapt to the continuously changing business environment, even to the unexpected. That’s why we explicitly set forth the problems of the clients and arrange a system of billing where additional unexpected costs and expenditure cannot be charged to the client just for making our job. We are fostering to become specialized lawyers for special clients, smart and dedicated people, engaged not in a zero sum game, but in a both side rewarding collaboration, where efforts are appreciated and problems are solved. |
