Our story began 12 years ago, when I and Brîndusa Ţipa decided to create a law firm based on work and camaraderie. Over the enduing years, the firm has passed through “special times”, alongside with the Romanian business and political environment, and has experienced diverse changes: sometimes successes and growth, sometimes pitfalls that affected our efforts in coping with the already created growing and full services firm. However, Ştefănică & Florea, which stands for the clients and projects’ track-history and for the professional resources and innovations delivered to the legal market, still stands. A lot has changed in the legal and business climate since the firm first began practicing law, but what will always remain a constant at Ştefănică & Florea is our focus on clients, professional results and people. While striving to surpass the “special times”, we decided to turn our services into a “su-misura” philosophy: instead of being a full services law firm we will seek to become more specialized in areas and domains that best serve our clients, so as to offer special services to special clients.
